Titan Robert Feeney, 21, was arrested Monday morning on a felony probation violation charge after deputies served a warrant at 770 Iowa St. in Dubuque.
According to Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department records, Deputy D. Kutsch took Feeney into custody at 10:22 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2026, on the charge of probation violation. A public/bench warrant had been ordered three days earlier by District Court Judge Mark T. Hostager.
Court records show Feeney was previously sentenced March 25, 2025, by Judge Robert J. Richter in connection with a June 16, 2024, domestic incident. An original Class D felony willful injury charge was dismissed. A related domestic abuse assault charge involving impeding the flow of air or blood was amended to an aggravated misdemeanor. Feeney received a deferred judgment, a 24-month term of probation, and a suspended civil penalty.
The new probation violation charge carries a $15,000 cash bond.
Feeney remains in custody pending further court proceedings
