DUBUQUE, Iowa — Marissa Leigh Heim, a 30-year-old white female, was arrested early Sunday morning on multiple failure-to-appear charges stemming from older cases, according to Dubuque police records.

Heim was taken into custody at 1:24 a.m. Oct. 11, 2026, at 524 Rhomberg Ave. on three counts: one felony failure to appear and two simple misdemeanor failure-to-appear charges (Arrest Report AR 2026006915).

The warrants were issued Oct. 20, 2022, by District Court Judge Robert J. Richter after Heim failed to appear as ordered. Court records list the underlying original charges as:

•  Interference with official acts (Iowa Code 719.1(1)(b)), offense date April 20, 2022.

•  Burglary in the third degree (Iowa Code 713.6A(1)), a Class D felony, offense date Feb. 9, 2022.
