Dubuque County will begin HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) paving work on Graf Road beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The project covers approximately 2.66 miles of Graf Road between Asbury Road and Girl Scout Road.

The roadway will remain open to traffic throughout the duration of the project. Motorists should expect possible temporary delays, reduced speeds, and the presence of construction equipment and workers in the area. Drivers are asked to use caution, follow all posted signs and flaggers, and allow extra travel time when traveling through the work zone.
