DUBUQUE, Iowa — Two individuals were arrested on Wednesday, September 30, in connection with separate incidents of child endangerment in Dubuque.

According to arrest records, Joshua James Hillard, 44, was taken into custody at 4:35 PM at 555 John F. Kennedy Road. He was arrested by Officer W. J. Yeo on one count of misdemeanor child endangerment.

Later that evening, at 8:06 PM, Megan Marie Hillard, 41, was arrested at 770 Iowa Street. Officer A. Van Natta made the arrest, also on a charge of misdemeanor child endangerment.

Both individuals were booked into the Dubuque County Jail. Further details regarding the circumstances leading to the arrests have not yet been released by authorities.
