Tanner Joseph Hittenmiller, a 26 year-old resident of Dubuque, Iowa, remains incarcerated in the Dubuque County Jail while facing a series of new theft- and burglary-related charges, according to local law enforcement reports.

On September 21, 2026, at about 10:30 a.m., Hittenmiller was booked on new charges at 770 Iowa Street (Dubuque Law Enforcement Center) by Officer K.D. Patterson. He continues to be held on the following charges from that arrest:
