DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 33-year-old Dubuque woman was arrested early Thursday on charges of domestic assault while displaying a weapon and willful injury causing bodily injury.
Kylie Lin Jacobs, was taken into custody at 12:44 a.m. Sept. 17 at 705 Garfield Ave., according to Dubuque police records (report R 2026006281).
She faces one count of domestic assault/display or weapon, a misdemeanor, and one count of willful injury – bodily injury, a felony.
The arresting officer was identified as A.E. Harden.
