Diya Masiha Luckett, identified as a Black female, was taken into custody at 770 Iowa St. at approximately 5:50 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2026. Authorities charged her with one count of probation violation, a felony, and one count of warrant out of state, a misdemeanor.
