The Labor Day Parade is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, September 7.

The parade will follow the City’s current standard parade route, beginning at Washington Park and following Locust St. to 15th St.

 Locust St. will be closed along the parade route beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday, September 7, until approximately 1 p.m. Vehicle traffic will also be blocked from crossing  Locust St. along the route during this timeframe. 

 Motorists must use a different route at this time.

 There will also be no parking along Locust St. from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 Please be aware of an active construction zone in the 700 block of Locust St., which  includes the closure of one lane of vehicle traffic and the sidewalk on the west side of the  street. Parade spectators will not be allowed in these closed areas.
