DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 33-year-old Dubuque man was taken into custody Saturday on a charge of failure to appear for a non-felony serious misdemeanor, according to arrest records.

Shelvy Lee Marcus Fair,, was arrested at approximately 12:06 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2026, at 2500 Central Ave. in Dubuque. The arrest is documented under report number AR 2026006034. He faces one count of Failure to Appear – Non-Felony Arr (Serious), a misdemeanor.
