DUBUQUE, Iowa — Dubuque Lawenforcement arrested two 40-year-old adults early Monday morning at 770 Iowa St. on charges stemming from alleged motor vehicle-related burglaries and a protective order violation.

Reva Renee Jansen, a white female, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Aug. 31 on charges of burglary in the third degree – theft from motor vehicle (misdemeanor) and theft in the second degree – motor vehicle theft (felony). Officer S. Bennett made the arrest under case AR 2026004981.

Minutes later, at 2:11 a.m., Brandon Patrick Birch, a white male, was arrested at the same address on a charge of burglary in the third degree – theft from motor vehicle (misdemeanor), also by Officer Bennett under the same case number.

Birch faced an additional charge at 2:19 a.m. of burglary in the third degree – theft of motor vehicle parts or accessory (felony). Officer Z. Conlon handled that arrest, still listed under AR 2026004981.

Separately, Jansen was also arrested at 2:13 a.m. at the same location on a charge of contempt – violation of a no contact/protective order (misdemeanor). Officer J. Kimball made that arrest under case AR 2026005291.

All arrests occurred at 770 Iowa St. in Dubuque. Further details on the incidents were not immediately available from the listed public records.
