DUBUQUE, Iowa — Alandres Jay Walton, 45, was arrested Thursday afternoon on felony charges related to sexual abuse and lascivious conduct involving a minor.

According to Dubuque police records, Walton was taken into custody at 2:41 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. He faces the following charges:

•  Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree – Forcible Rape (felony)

•  Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse – No Injury (felony)

•  Lascivious Conduct with a Minor – Disrobe (felony)

Walton is being held without bond. The arresting officer is listed as Friedman.
