DUBUQUE, Iowa — Saphire Ann-marie Lanhart, 29, was arrested Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. on four felony counts of probation violation.

The arrest occurred around 9:54 a.m. Lanhart’s supervision stems from a November 2023 conviction for second-degree theft (Iowa Code 714.2(2)), a Class D felony. She originally received a five-year suspended prison sentence, five years of probation, a $1,025 fine, and one year in a residential facility.

Court records show she has previously violated probation multiple times:

•  July 2025: Violation amended to contempt; additional probation conditions added.

•  January 2026: Violation leading to 120 days in jail and another residential placement.

The latest alleged violations, including one dated July 15, prompted Thursday’s arrest. Further court proceedings are pending.
