Benjamin Charles Dalsing, 30, was arrested Tuesday, July 8, 2026, at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center (770 Iowa St) on Harassment in the First Degree (Case #R 2026003936). Officer D.C. Kramer made the arrest around 2:50 p.m.
Background Note: Dalsing previously faced serious charges in 2025, including one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and 11 counts related to possession of depictions of minors in sex acts. He was a former Dubuque County corrections officer.
No court date has been publicly announced yet for this new case. Dalsing is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
