DUBUQUE, IA — On Friday, June 19, 2026, at approximately 4:52 p.m., 47-year-old Daniel Gane Findley was arrested on a felony charge of Theft in the Second Degree (All Other Larceny) under reference AR 2026001681.

The arrest took place at or near 11300 Rupp Hollow Rd. Officer S.J. Nauman is listed in connection with the case.
