Dubuque man was sentenced Monday to 25 years in federal prison for distributing over 119 pounds of methamphetamine in the span of two months. 

54-year-old David Parker, of Dubuque, Iowa, pleaded guilty to to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance on January 12.

Police say between the months of May 2024 and July 2024, Parker had obtained and distributed more than 119 pounds of methamphetamine. 

Parker also has four prior convictions of drug trafficking, according to court documents. One of those leading back to 2003. 

Parker will also serve ten years of supervised release with no parole.
