On Thursday, September 10th, 2026, at approximately 8:18 pm, the Cascade Police Department arrested Keith P.L. Samples, 35, of Cascade. Samples was charged for violating IA code 714.2(3) – Theft 3rd degree, an aggravated misdemeanor. The theft occurred on September 2nd, 2026, at a residence on the 100 block of Lincoln Street SW. Samples was taken into custody following an interview at his residence and booked into the Dubuque County Jail.
