DUBUQUE, Iowa — Adrian Dewayne Williams, 45, was arrested early Friday morning on a felony charge of Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury.

According to police reports, Williams was taken into custody at approximately 12:05 a.m. on June 5, 2026, at 2725 Ventura Drive in Dubuque. The arrest was made by Officer D.R. Doerges.

Williams is being held without bond and is awaiting court proceedings in case FECR164405.
