DUBUQUE, IA — Dubuque police arrested two 19‑year‑olds early Sunday morning after a disturbance outside Mason Dixon , Salon located at 163 Main Street, according to arrest records.

Joseph Cortez Walker, 19, was taken into custody at 1:57 a.m. on May 31, 2026. Walker faces three misdemeanor charges:
