Wednesday May 27, 2026 Dubuque Fire and Rescue responded to Emmaus Bible College at 2570 Asbury Rd. for a reported of a fire. Shortly after the fire was extinguished, the units returned to service. One fire truck remained on the scene with a command vehicle.
