Dubuque resident Kenneth Dunbar was the victim in Monday night’s shooting at 20th and Jackson. Dunbar was treated at MercyOne Hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg. His current condition has not been publicly released by police or hospital officials.

Authorities have asked for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible. No arrests have been announced as of Tuesday morning.
