Dubuque, Iowa — Jeremy Michael Neuhaus, 48, was arrested Friday morning on two probation violation charges — one felony and one misdemeanor.

Neuhaus was taken into custody at 9:15 a.m. on May 22, 2026, at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, 770 Iowa Street. Officer K.D. Patterson on a felony warrant.

The violations stem from Neuhaus’s five-year probation sentence issued in June 2024 after he pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, domestic assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and second-offense driving while intoxicated. Those charges originated from a September 2023 incident involving unauthorized entry and threats with a knife.

As of Friday, Neuhaus remained in custody. Specific details of the probation violations have not been released.
