U.S. News and World Report has included Dubuque on its new list of the 250 best places to live in the United States!

The magazine cited factors like a low cost of living and short commute among its reasons for including Dubuque in the rankings.

Among cities in Iowa, Dubuque placed 5th, ahead of Des Moines, Iowa City, and Davenport.

Dubuque was also listed as one of the best places to retire.
