
Dubuque, IA (May 4, 2026) — Belinda Joy Sigsbury, 40, was arrested Monday afternoon on a felony charge of contempt-contemptuous behavior toward court.
According to arrest records, Sigsbury was taken into custody at 3:32 p.m. at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, 770 Iowa Street. Dubuque Police Officer K.D. Patterson is listed in connection with the arrest.
The arrest comes one day after Sigsbury’s booking on May 3 on multiple drug charges, including possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
