
DUBUQUE, IA — Local law enforcement responded to a weapons-related call on Wednesday night that resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old Dubuque resident.
At approximately 8:47 PM on April 22, 2026, officers with the Dubuque Police Department were dispatched to the 9212 block of Allen Drive. Following an initial investigation at the scene, authorities took Tyler James Ernst into custody.
