Dubuque, Iowa — Kyle Dean Schnitzler, 45, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. Monday on an out-of-state felony warrant at 770 Iowa St., the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center.

Deputy Bailey Ohnesorge of the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office located the warrant. Schnitzler was booked into the facility.

Schnitzler previously pleaded guilty to controlled substance possession in Scott County; his sentence was upheld on appeal in 2023.
