DUBUQUE, Iowa — Emily Grace Schrobilgen, 30, was arrested by Dubuque police Thursday night on three charges after an incident at 1780 Embassy West Drive/Northrange Court.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Dubuque Police Officer D.M. Bakken, Schrobilgen faces:
• Domestic Abuse Assault With Injury — Simple Assault (misdemeanor)
• Possession of a Weapon in a Correctional Institution (felony)
• Child Endangerment (misdemeanor)
The arrest occurred at 9:05 p.m. on April 16, 2026. No further details about the incident were included in the complaint.
Schrobilgen is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
