Dubuque, Iowa – March 6, 2026

Isaiah James Bellamy, 19, of Dubuque was arrested March 5, 2026, at 12:50 p.m. on a felony probation violation charge. The arrest occurred at 770 Iowa St., the address of the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, and was made by officer C. Reisdorf.

Background of the Case
