  8 inches. Drifting and some blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as
  40 mph.
• WHERE…Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, and Dubuque Counties.
• WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.
• IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Friday morning commute.
