Affected Areas: Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson counties in Iowa; Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll in Illinois. Cities include Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Independence, Vinton, Anamosa, Maquoketa, Galena, Freeport, and Mount Carroll.
Forecast Details: Expect freezing rain, leading to light ice glaze accumulations. Slippery conditions on sidewalks, roads, and bridges could cause travel hazards.
Impacts: Very slick surfaces may lead to accidents; prepare for reduced visibility and traction.
