Dubuque, IA – Lafayette Maurice Dean, 46, Black male, arrested 8:23 a.m. Saturday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and breaking/entering at 98 E. 16th St./White St.
Officer J. Ostwinkle effected the arrest without incident.
Dean held at Dubuque County Jail. Arraignment pending in Dubuque County District Court, expected early next week. Bond not yet set.
Investigation continues; report suspicious activity.
