RICHLAND COUNTY, SC – November 19, 2025 – The Richland County Sheriff’s Office has issued a felony arrest warrant for 31-year-old Devon M. Ward for Failure to Appear (FTA) on charges including stalking, threats to injure/accuse of crime, and unlawful phone use to threaten harm.
This Individual may be in the Dubuque area.
Ward, a white male, 6’0”, 190 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes, born June 23, 1994, is actively wanted.
