DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 36-year-old Dubuque man is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $50,000 cash or approved surety bond following his arrest on a felony warrant for failure to appear.
Ricky Eric Murphy was taken into custody at 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, at 770 Iowa Street. The arrest was made by Officer A. Van Natta after a bench warrant was issued earlier that day by Judge Monica L. Zrinyi Ackley.
