
Asbury, IA – Angela Lateese Baker, 39, of Asbury, was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of Operating While Intoxicated (2nd Offense) and Child Endangerment, both misdemeanors.
The arrest occurred at 2:31 p.m. on November 7, 2025, at the intersection of Radford Road and Saratoga Road.
Dubuque County deputies stopped Baker’s vehicle after observing erratic driving. A child was in the vehicle at the time.
Baker was booked at the Dubuque County Jail and later released on bond. She is scheduled to appear in court next week.
The child was released to family members and was unharmed.
