
Dubuque, IA – Cory Allen Bailey, a 42-year-old white male, was arrested on September 14, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. at 295 Dorgan Place, Dubuque, Iowa, following a domestic incident, according to Dubuque P2c records. The arrest comes days after a public/bench warrant was ordered by Judge Mark T. Hostager on September 11, 2025.
Bailey faces the following charges:
