The Dubuque Police Department, in collaboration with the Dubuque Sheriff’s Department and the K9 unit, and the state troopers, have cordoned off the alley that adjoins 14th and Central Street. Individuals apprehended by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department on Central Street in proximity to 14th Street will be provided with further updates as they become available.
