The commencement of the races is scheduled for 6 PM, followed by the opening of the bubble factory at 7 PM. From 8 PM onwards, the DJ will provide musical entertainment in the festival garden. Carnival rides will be available exclusively until 8 PM. General admission is $12, which allows attendees to enter the fair in time to experience the 72nd annual Dubuque County fair. Children under 11 are free.
