Dubuque, IA – July 14, 2025 – A Dubuque woman was arrested this morning on charges of public urination and felony escape from custody.
Alicia Marie Cook, 47, was taken into custody at approximately 7:19 AM at 100 W 4th St in Dubuque.

She faces one misdemeanor charge of Public Urination or Defecation and one felony charge of Escape From Custody Convicted Of Felony.
