Blacyki faces charges of Burglary 2nd Degree – Burglary/Breaking and Entering (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor), Criminal Trespass (Misdemeanor), Possession of Burglary Tools (Misdemeanor), and two counts of Interference with Official Acts – No Injury/Damage (Misdemeanor).
