Dubuque, IA – On June 23, 2025, at 10:37 P.M., Kenneth Gage Blacyki, 26, of Dubuque, was arrested at the intersection of Rockdale Road and Southern Avenue following an incident that led to multiple charges, according to the Dubuque Police Department.

Blacyki faces charges of Burglary 2nd Degree – Burglary/Breaking and Entering (Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor), Criminal Trespass (Misdemeanor), Possession of Burglary Tools (Misdemeanor), and two counts of Interference with Official Acts – No Injury/Damage (Misdemeanor). The arrest was recorded under case number AR 2025004428.

Details surrounding the incident were not fully disclosed in the initial police report, but the charges suggest Blacyki was involved in an unauthorized entry or attempted burglary, compounded by possession of items associated with illegal activities and attempts to obstruct law enforcement during the investigation. The Dubuque Police Department responded to the scene, leading to Blacyki’s apprehension.
