DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – The culvert replacement project on New Melleray Road, spanning 2.15 miles between N Cascade Road and Monastery Road, was completed on June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The road is now fully open to traffic.
Construction began on June 9, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., requiring temporary closures to facilitate the culvert work. Managed by Dubuque County, the project aimed to enhance drainage and road safety.
