DUBUQUE, Iowa – Dubuque County announces a construction project for railroad guardrail repairs on Dutch Lane Rd, starting Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 7:00 AM and concluding by 2:30 PM the same day.

The affected section spans 0.96 miles from Old Highway Rd to Highway 20. The road will remain OPEN during the repairs.
