DUBUQUE, IA — On May 7, 2025, Ramon A. Rojas Gracia, 56, of Dyersville, entered a guilty plea in the case of State of Iowa vs. Rojas Gracia (Case: 01311 FECR158129) in Dubuque County. Initially charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class B Felony) and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor (Serious Misdemeanor) for offenses dated January 1, 2024, Rojas Gracia pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge via a negotiated plea.
The felony charge was dismissed by the court. Dubuque District Court Judge Thomas A. Bitter sentenced Rojas Gracia to 116 days in jail (time served), a $430 fine, 10 years on the Sex Offender Registry and supervision by Department of Corrections plus a DNA requirement. The case, filed on January 9, 2025, was adjudicated on May 7, 2025.
