Zwingle, IA – Dubuque County Authorities arrested 43-year-old Andrew Joseph Foust on the evening of April 30, 2025, at approximately 10:01 p.m. The arrest occurred at 244 Maple St in Zwingle, IA, where law enforcement responded to reports linked to a series of serious allegations.

Foust is facing a broad array of charges.
