DUBUQUE, IA – In the early hours of Saturday, April 26, 2025, local law enforcement responded to an incident at 1691 Asbury Road, resulting in the arrest of 28-year-old Kayla Pearson was taken into custody at approximately 12:09 a.m. by Officer A.N. Klawitter.
According to authorities, Pearson faces multiple misdemeanor charges, including:
- Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations – Bodily Injury
- Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior
- Harassment in the Second Degree
- Public Intoxication
