Dubuque, Iowa – In the early hours of January 12, 2025, a local man was taken into custody following a series of violations. Brandon M. Hentz, a 36-year-old male, was arrested at approximately 3:49 a.m. at the intersection of 2 E 14th St/Central Ave in Dubuque.

Authorities have charged Hentz with multiple offenses. These include a Controlled Substance Violation (F), Drug Possession of Controlled Substance (M), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), Possession/Carrying Dangerous Weapon While Under the Influence (M), and Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 1st Offense (M).

The Dubuque Police Department has yet to release further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the arrest. Residents are reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
