Dubuque, IA – November 25, 2024

In the early hours of November 25, 2024, Dubuque police responded to an incident involving the reckless use of fire or explosives. At approximately 1:10 a.m., Saint Theresa Laquesha Sago, a 36-year-old resident of Dubuque, was arrested at 2725 Pleasant View Drive. Officer S. Hooper made the arrest, charging Sago with Reckless Use of Fire or Explosives, a misdemeanor.
