Dubuque, IA – On October 25, 2024, at approximately 4:40 AM, Daniel Danton (29) was arrested on multiple charges, including Domestic Abuse Assault of a Pregnant Person with Display/Use of a Weapon, Harassment in the Second Degree, and Public Intoxication. The arrest took place at the intersection of 98 E 22nd St and White St.

The victim, reported that the incident occurring between 4:11 AM and 4:11 AM on the same day at the 200 block of E 22nd St. Officer B.J. Eberly responded to the scene. The weapon involved in the assault was described as a blunt object in the police report.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
