Mount Hope, WI – On October 15, 2024, a coordinated effort by the Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force led to the execution of a search warrant at 7808 Shady Dell Road in Mount Hope, Grant County. The operation resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia indicative of drug sales.

During the search, authorities arrested Sarah A. Hancock and James P. Harvey, both residents of Mount Hope. They face charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (10-50 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug trafficking house. Additionally, Daniel Blake of Muscoda was present at the residence and was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation.

All three individuals were transported to the Grant County Jail, where they were booked on the aforementioned charges.

The successful operation was supported by the Prairie du Chien Police Department, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, and Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, highlighting the collaborative efforts of local law enforcement agencies in combating drug-related activities in the region.
