Dubuque, IA – On the evening of October 20, 2024, Olli Abdul-karim Sinno, a 37-year-old white male, was arrested on charges of indecent contact with a child. The incident occurred at 1055 Victoria Street in Dubuque, Iowa.

According to the police report, the arrest took place at approximately 8:28 PM. Officer R.C. Cole was the arresting officer on the scene. Sinno is accused of fondling a minor, a serious misdemeanor under Iowa law.
