Lanigac Gabriela Hannon, a 19-year-old female, was arrested for assaulting individuals in certain occupations with the intent of causing harm, assault on individuals in certain occupations, 2nd-degree harassment, probation violation, voluntary absence from custody, interference with official acts, and providing false identification information at 30 Main St. /Jones St. in Dubuque, IA on February 25, 2024, at 2:29 AM.
