Tyler Kelly Jones, a 25-year-old white male, was arrested in Dubuque, Iowa, on February 10, 2024, at 10709 Collision Dr for the charge of eluding.
During the pursuit, a Dubuque Deputy observed Jones driving at a speed exceeding 100 mph, and he eventually stopped in a parking lot located on Collision Drive and was arrested.
